Under the supervision of Prof. Lewis Hsu, Dr. Bola Ojo and Mrs Stephanie Quirk presented a poster on Sickle Cell Disease and the ARISE project at the Foundation for Sickle cell Disease Research 13th annual SCD research and Educational symposium and 42nd National Sickle Cell Disease Scientific meeting (7th – 9th June 2019).
This initiative was performed in the framework of their secondment at the University of Illinois in Chicago and was the occasion to highlight the project objectives and the activities to be implemented through the staff exchanges program.
