Due to the on-going concern about the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this event is postponed.
The 1st official ARISE Mid-Term-Meeting (MTM) will be held on 6th April 2020 at the INTS – Institut National de la Transfusion Sanguine 6 Rue Alexandre Cabanel, Paris.
The meeting is organised just before the 4th Global Congress on Sickle Cell Disease that will take place at the UNESCO headquarters on 7-9 April 2020 in Paris.
The ARISE MTM will be an opportunity to engage in a fruitful and constructive dialogue between the ARISE consortium and the Research Executive Agency (REA), including also the seconded staff members.
During the event several topics will be discussed such as the general status of the project in terms of the main research objectives and the project achievements, the aspects related to the training, transfer of knowledge and networking, as well as the project management.
A dedicated session between seconded staff members and the REA Representative will be organised in order to allow the secondees to discuss possible critical issues about their experiences within the network.
