Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA) is working hard for better treatments and an improved quality of life for patients, their families and the community affected by Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).
Walk with the Stars is one of SCDAA’s largest events dedicated to finding better treatments and a cure for SCD. The funds raising from this initiative goes towards preventing the SCD complications through awareness, education, advocacy and research.
By participating in the Walk with the Stars, you are helping to build a future where there is a universal cure for SCD. Together we are stronger. Together we can break the sickle cycle.
Moreover, Walk with the Stars, is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends, co-workers to make a life-impacting change for all those affected by SCD and sickle cell trait.
This year Walk with The Stars will run VIRTUALLY! Join the SCDAA’s walk kick-off party on Thursday 11th July 2020 at 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM (EASTERN Time).
