In response to the current pandemic, the ARISE team have highlighted the impact COVID-19 has on patients living with Sickle Cell.
Our recently published ARISE COVID newsletter, summarises all of our activities related to the COVID-19, including recently published guidelines, COVID webinars and our virtual teaching programme.
In addition, ARISE partners put together short video segments on key steps for patients with Sickle Cell to follow during the pandemic. This was in partnership with social plus Africa, as part of their COVID-19 awareness campaign.
